If you need to return an item(s) please return to the address provided on your order packing slip within 14 days of receipt of your order. Include the packing slip with your return so we have your order number.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWASHED AND UNWORN, FOLDED AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, ALONG WITH THE PACKING SLIP TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND.

 

We reserve the right to refuse items not in their original condition. All returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt and at the expense of the customer unless item is faulty. Any returns received after this period will not qualify for a refund. Returns after 14 days are only eligible for store credit if returning items in original condition upon inspection. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days (all orders places within November / December can be returned up until January 14th).

Please note: When returning an item for any reason, we are not responsible for the items until we receive them. We advise sending items tracked or with a courier of your choice. All returned items must be in their original state, unworn and not damaged to qualify for a refund (unless faulty). Items sold under promotion or sale are non-refundable. Any queries regarding our returns, please get in contact.

You'll need to place a new order if you are returning due to ordering the wrong size and we will refund the returned items once received and processed. Please check our sizing chart before ordering.
